LMGCSA Chapter Meeting - May 2014
Join your fellow members for our May chapter meeting on Thursday, May 8th. The event will offer something for everyone...an informative educational seminar by two Mississippi State University professors, a delicious crawfish boil lunch prepared by our friends at Beard Equipment Company and fun competition on the golf course at the Country Club of Canton.
We have secured Dr. Jay McCurdy and Dr. Christian Baldwin to give us two presentations the morning of May 8th. Both of these gentlemen have not had the opportunity to speak to our membership, so come out and meet them and take advantage of the knowledge they will share with us. Dr. McCurdy will discuss "Timely Information for Controlling Troublesome Turfgrass Weeds" and Dr. Baldwin will discuss "Turf Quality: What Exactly Does High Quality Mean?" We encourage you to come hear these beneficial presentations!
