About speaker Christy Uffelmann, BCC, MHCS:
Christy Uffelman has facilitated peer learning and coached executives for almost a decade, helping them align talent strategy with business strategy. Christy launched the east coast office of Align Leadership centering on organizational knowledge transfer, women’s leadership development, and Millennial/Gen Y initiatives – helping organizations engage and develop their emerging talent pipeline.
