About PoweredUp Sales
This new sales training program (offered by the Seton Hill University's E-Magnify Women's Business Center in conjunction with Larry Lewis and Client Builder Sales & Marketing) provides business owners with the ability to hire salespeople with confidence, rapidly get them up to speed and develop effective systems for selling and sales management that improve topline revenue and profitability.

The program will consist of four in-person two-hour workshops conducted at C-leveled's offices in downtown Pittsburgh and eight two-hour virtual workshops conducted live over the internet via web conference. The workshops will be conducted over six months (two per month) by Larry Lewis and Wendy Lydon.

In addition to the workshops themselves, participants will have access to the highly acclaimed "Client Builder Academy," a robust combination of reading materials, video clips and exercises designed to help the learner quickly grasp the core concepts of selling and develop their own "personal selling playbook" tailored to fit the context of what and to whom they sell.

By completing the exercises along with their salespeople the business owner is, in effect, building a sales operations manual for their company that will teach them how to coach and manage a salesperson and make onboarding the next salesperson that much easier.
