From all Points West
Take Rt. 22 to Rt. 145 South exit. Continue on Rt. 145 south. Rt. 145 South becomes 7th St. Follow 7th St. to Linden St. Turn right onto Linden St. and then an immediate left into the Linden St. Parking Garage.

From all Points East
Take Rt. 22 to Rt. 145 South exit. Continue on Rt. 145 south. Rt. 145 South becomes 7th St. Follow 7th St. to Linden St. Turn right onto Linden St. and then an immediate left into the Linden St. Parking Garage.

Access to One City Center
Upon arrival in the Linden Street parking deck pull a ticket at the kiosk. 

Take the PARKING DECK elevator to level 1.5. 

When exiting the elevator, enter the arena through the glass doors directly in front of you.

Proceed through the set of double glass doors to the right, continue down the stairs, turn left and follow the corridor straight to the marked Renaissance elevators.

Take any of the four marked elevators to the 5th floor, where signage will direct you to the ballroom area.

Madeline Chaffee, MCHES
Strategic Wellness Consultant

Madeline designs, plans, implements, and evaluates corporate wellness initiatives for BeneFIT Corporate Wellness’s business clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University and is also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES®). Madeline has experience as a health educator in public health department and school-based health center settings. She also served as a project manager working in the field of emotional intelligence.

Erin Postel, MPH, CHES
Strategic Wellness Consultant

Erin designs, plans, implements, and evaluates corporate wellness initiatives for BeneFIT Corporate Wellness’s business clients. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in community health education from the University of Scranton and has a master’s in public health with a public health concentration from West Chester University. Erin is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®). Her background includes developing health education programs for students throughout Pennsylvania.

Carol Michaels, MPH, MCHES
Administrator, Care Coordination

Carol is in charge of operations of the Populytics Care Coordination Department which includes utilization management, case management, disease management, and BeneFIT Corporate Wellness. Carol is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES®) with more than 14 years of experience in community health promotion. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Bucknell University and her Masters of Public Health, with a concentration in Community Health, from the University of North Carolina. Previously, Carol was responsible for strategic planning and administration of BeneFIT Corporate Wellness programs to encourage healthier lifestyles for business clients. She also led the health and wellness components of Populytics’ Care Coordination services, which foster connections between providers, patients, and resources in the community.

Leah Posivak-Khouly, MPH, CHES
Wellness Analyst

Leah provides technical and programmatic oversight of client health and wellness activities, as well as developing and delivering formative, process, outcome, and impact reports. Leah holds a bachelor’s degree in bio-behavioral health from Pennsylvania State University, and a master’s degree in public health from East Stroudsburg University. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®), and has worked as an epidemiologist and as a clinical researcher, as well as an instructor of epidemiology and public health at the university level.

Tiffany Ritter, RD, LDN, CHWC, NBC-HWC
Health and Wellness Coach

Tiffany is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and a nationally board-certified Health and Wellness coach. She provides health coaching to BeneFIT Corporate Wellness clients to help them set goals and achieve their wellness visions. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and completed her Dietetic Internship at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She earned her health coaching certification through the Wellcoaches School of Coaching. Together with BeneFIT leadership, she developed an innovative weight management program that has shown early success.

Erica Hudak, CHWC, CTTS, NBC-HWC
Health Coach/BeneQUIT Specialist

Erica is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. She also holds a National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaches. She works with BeneFIT Corporate Wellness clients to help them reach their own designated health goals. Through the BeneQUIT tobacco cessation program she coaches individuals and groups in ending tobacco use. Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in bio-behavioral health from the Pennsylvania State University and a health coaching certification through the Wellcoaches School of Coaching.

Carolyn Lamparella, Ed.S, LPC
Program Director, Preferred EAP 

Joining EAP as a counselor, Carolyn developed seminars on topics such as stress management, managing emotions, and coping with change. As Clinical Manager, she introduced Feedback Informed Treatment, an innovative clinical approach for evaluating and improving EAP’s services. Now Program Director, Carolyn is dedicated to increasing access to services through Virtual Counseling and Feedback Informed Treatment. Carolyn holds an Ed.S in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University, and a certification in Infant and Young Child Mental Health from the Washington School of Psychiatry.
