Join us to learn and preserve. Patricia has enjoyed preserving vegetables and fruit for years. She learned from her grandmother and her mother the process of putting food away for enjoyment later in the winter. These workshop are for beginners or those interested in canning with a group of others. Our time together will include prepping the fruit/veg, filling jars, processing, cleanup and conversation. You will go home with a share of the canning session.
The workshops will host up to 15 people and the cost is $50.00 per person.
