Planning Play Opportunities to Promote Development in Preschool 

Play is critical in supporting a child’s healthy growth and development. Educators have a key role in facilitating and reinforcing the development of individual skills while interacting with children at play. This webinar will provide a clear understanding of the importance of play and best practices on intentional strategies that scaffold children’s learning through play.

Prerequisite for educators enrolling:  This class will be taught in a webinar format, in two 2-hour live webinars with required homework assignments.  In order to participate in this class you must have a computer and speakers, high speed internet, an email account, and basic computer skills (using the internet, downloading and attaching documents to email, and navigating the webinar software).
