This SCORE webinar will address the pros and cons of business entity selection (Sole-Proprietorships, Partnerships, Corporations, and LLCs) and issues regarding Business Taxation.  We’ll review various accounting methods that may best fit your situation and answer your questions about records and the need for a CPA or bookkeeper.

We’ll review the major business reports that make up a Financial Statement and how they relate to each other.
