In the Feb 3rd workshop, participants will understand and practice with a model that can help in navigating difficult conversations where giving or receiving feedback is involved.

Key topics addressed in this workshop

  • Why is it so hard to give and receive feedback?
  • How can we make it easier?
  • What’s an effective model that works for feedback?
  • What does it sound like (small group breakouts to experiment with the model)
  • How could you use this model with your lab?
  • What’s your next step around giving and receiving feedback?
