2016 Nutcracker Auditions

Albemarle Academy of Dance

Dancers from any school or studio are invited to audition. 

Roles are available for males & females, ages 5 through adult.

• 11:00am - Ages 5-8 
• 12:30pm - Ages 9 & up (Dancers will be placed in auditions according to experience)
• 2:00pm - Ages 12 & up with strong classical ballet technique. Females who are very proficient in pointe work, should be prepared to audition in pointe shoes. (Recommended experience: currently at least 3 ballet classes/week with several years training)
• Adults - Non-dancing adults (extras) do not need to audition. We do need you to sign up on the sign up sheet at Albemarle Academy of Dance, or email us at UwharrieYouthArts@yahoo.com by Wednesday, September 21.
