Description: SCORE Princeton presents successful entrepreneurs from our local communities to share their success stories, and provides an opportunity for the audience to interact with the entrepreneur in our Q&A session.

As a business owner, providing great customer experiences can generate repeat business, positive word-of-mouth referrals and create a customer for life. How can you do the same for your business? In this interactive workshop, Eva Abreu will describe tips and strategies discovered along her journey as an entrepreneur and founder of a startup retail venture. She will discuss how she attracts a wide and diverse customer base, ranging from young children to senior citizens, in a variety of professions including students, artists and business professionals and how she creates a different customer experience for every person who walks through the door. The information provided will be of benefit to entrepreneurs, sales and marketing professionals, managers, executives and those thinking about starting a business.

Presenter Bio: Ms. Eva Abreu is founder and managing partner of Blank Space Highland Park, a start-up Internet cafe and coworking/meeting/event space in Central Jersey, which serves a variety of clients including entrepreneurs, business professionals, nonprofit groups, students, university faculty, local artists, musicians and the community-at-large. Previously, she was former journalist, social media editor and technology columnist at three local newspapers and a tech operations manager for a global investment bank in NYC.
