Sales and HR – Perfect Together; the Collaborative Role of Human Resources in Creating a Sales Culture

For an organization to survive and thrive in today’s economy it is absolutely vital that a sales culture be nurtured. The concept of a “sales culture” or one where everyone is client centric involves the entire organization; Human Resources play a key role in designing and implementing the structure of a sales culture. This is with the sales organization and involves a partnership and trust.

This is a highly interactive, hands on and entertaining session. It is for all forward and progressive human resources professionals who are open to seeing their important role in developing revenue and profits through sales culture! It is necessary for job security and for the progressive HR Professional to establish a proactive presence in the business and to demonstrate a “line of sight” to revenue and profits.

Following the presentation, participants will be able to:

1. To know and be very comfortable with the elements of a sales culture and how Human Resources plays a key part in that cultural transformation

2. Understand how human resources and sales work collaboratively to have a profound effect on the business

3. To understand how this sales culture empowers the entire organization to place the client first and how every action eventually affects the client!

4. To see and embrace a new way of thinking about the role of the HR Professional as a center of influence in the growth of the business

5. This presentation will change participants behavior –if they choose - by illuminating the role they play in driving a client centric organization!
