Pike & Rose.  We’ve all heard the buzz.  Perhaps you’ve already shopped or dined there.  Perhaps you’ve caught a flick at iPic or live performance at AMP Theater.  Surely you’ve drove by it.  Situated at the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Rockville Pike, Pike & Rose has morphed into a mega development and must-see attraction that truly embodies the walkable urban-suburban livable community it set out to achieve.

Now IREM Chapter 92 has partnered up with Federal Realty to give our members an exclusive private tour of the expansive development.  During the tour, you’ll learn about every phase of this unique and long-in-the-works project: how Federal Realty began planning for the development more than a decade ago; how a project of this scale is financially structured from a debt and equity perspective; the vision for the project and how it was conceptualized; insight into the development and construction phase; the design, hardscaping, and architectural features; the unique structural engineering elements; leasing and marketing strategies for the commercial and residential spaces; and how the project runs from a management and operational perspective.

We hope you’ll join us for this exclusive and in depth tour of Montgomery County’s newest and transcendent mixed-use community.

This will be a guided walking tour of the Pike & Rose Development.  Plan to wear your walking shoes!  Please be punctual so the tour can begin on time.  Registration and the start of the tour will take place in front of iPic Theater: 11830 Grand Park Avenue, North Bethesda, MD 20852.  The Tour will end, and the Networking Reception will begin, at 4PM at Summer House Santa Monica Restaurant (which is directly across the street from iPic)  Gift Card Drawings will take place during the Networking Reception.
