Field Trip!

Looking for a new way to loosen up? The ancient art of belly dance is a fun way to stay in shape with an easy-going, group workout that’s great for all ages and bodies. In this hands-on introductory class, we’ll explore basic, gentle classic and modern techniques, music rhythms and props, and how to combine simple moves into magical, mystical dances.  

Co-taught with Alexandra Wolf

Alexandra Wolf is a FCBD® Sister Studio/SSCE teaching American Tribal Style® and director to Mayari Dance Collective, a multi-level student troupe, and Tribal Fusion performing troupe Muse. All perform throughout the year, including a professional show each March with Amira Dance Productions, which fills the Orpheum Theatre in Wichita, Kansas.

 By day, Alexandra uses her computing project manager and customer relationship skills from a large manufacturing firm. She started dancing as a wee one, and learned and loved many styles from ballet to CanCan!  However belly dance caught her heart and put her hips in motion as she has now performed years in its various styles and flavors

Classes are $35 each and include a workbook, badge and
shop local goodie bag.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

Tickets are nonrefundable; however they are transferable to someone else if you can't make it to class.
