Nourishment : Eating for Body and Soul

Have you tried to change your eating habits, only to go back to the same choices you know don’t work for you? Forget what you’ve been taught about dieting, and start eating the foods you love, that love you back. In this interactive workshop, you’ll discover a simpler guide to healthy living, overcome potential road blocks holding you back, how to customize your own eating plan and stay motivated to make great choices.

Lisa Perkins is the founder and owner of Primal Transformations, a nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coaching company in Wichita.  She helps women escape the cycle of dieting and achieve a body and life they love; no shame spiral required.  Lisa's clients are able to create a healthy relationship with food, body, and self and get on with the important business of living an epic life.  When she's not coaching in her office or gym, Lisa can be found cooking with her daughters, traveling with her husband Adam, or doting on her ridiculously spoiled dog, Daisy.  

Classes are $35 each and include a workbook, badge and shop local goodie bag.

Tickets are nonrefundable; however they are transferable to someone else if you can't make it to class.
