“Opening to Possibilities”. Through first entering our bodies, we dive into the orchestration of patterns that inhibit us from being here so we may open to a larger relationship with ourselves and other. Through sound, touch, attention, and subtle movement, we track, soften, and begin to let go of the distractions, speed, noise, anxiety, and static in the tissue. With each moment of something opening or letting go from the various patterns within our bodies, more space emerges. In this new configuration of how we are embodied, we discover more possibilities of how to move, think, feel, perceive and be present to the context. More adaptable, more possibilities.
