Controlling their finances is often one of the most intimidating issues facing women entrepreneurs. It is also one of the most important and difficult disciplines to manage.
This workshop will address practical ways to change your money habits today, the key to pricing your products or services, how to control accounts receivable (secrets to collecting money faster) and methods for controlling costs.
Leave this “lunch and learn” workshop with renewed energy and focus regarding your money. Obtain hints and real life examples of how to get control of this very serious issue for all small business owners.
The workshop is geared to women business owners who have been in business at least 2 years, with a special focus on service companies, however, all are welcome.
