The dream of being an entrepreneur appeals to many people, but starting your own business from the bottom up can be a daunting prospect.
In this workshop, we'll look at some alternatives - buying an existing business or a franchise - that deliver many of the benefits while avoiding some of the drawbacks.
We will review the ten most important factors you need to consider in evaluating each of the alternatives; such as,

- Is funding one alternative easier than funding another?
- Will you control your own destiny?
- What are the valuation metrics?
