Uncorked Medina Wine Festival 

We are pleased to be returning Uncorked Medina Wine Festival for its fourth year! The dates are a week later than in past years - Friday, July 24 & Saturday, July 25. We would be pleased to have you join us as a vendor at this fun event. Once again, it will benefit Friends of Medina County Parks and be situated on the beautiful countryside of Buffalo Creek Retreat in Seville, Ohio. We will provide an upscale wine and beer tasting experience for attendees along with some delicious food from local food trucks. Two events within the event will remain - Sip N Savor - a sampling of local restaurants with wine tastings will be on Friday night and the popular Twilight Dinner will return on Saturday. UNCORKED MEDINA WINE FESTIVAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
APPLICATION RULES & PROCEDURES

Hours of Wine Festival: Friday, July 24: 4 to 9 pm, Saturday, July 25: 2 to 9 pm. 

This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.

Indoor and outdoor spaces are available: 10’X10’ spaces (indoor and outdoor) are $75. Outdoor exhibitors must provide their own tent or rent one from the promoter. Double spaces are available.

Food truck space for both days is $200 and we will be limiting it to 3 food trucks.

Exhibitors: Please send 3 pictures of your products and one of your display to info@uncorkedmedina.com. Once the application, payment and pictures have been received, we will review your submission and let you know if you have been accepted. 

We expect participants to make booth displays as attractive and professional as possible. All tables must be covered to the ground.

Exhibitors provide their own setup including tent (outdoors), tables, chairs. Tents and tables can be rented for an additional fee.

Security will be provided overnight on Friday but we suggest you remove all money and valuables.

There will be no refunds for cancellations.

Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. You will receive a map with your space assignment and set up information the week before the event date.

If you have any special requests, please be sure to indicate that on the application form.

Set Up: Friday, July 24 from 11 am to 3:30 pm. Tear Down begins at 9:05 pm on Saturday and must be completed by 11 pm.
