The International Museum of Muslim Cultures is thrilled to announce our 17th year celebration. You are cordially invited to our anniversary benefit dinner, and conversation on: "A New Mississippi" - Creating a Cultural Shift in Racial Equity and Healing on Saturday,  May 12th, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Mississippi Museum of Art, 380 South Lamar St, Jackson, MS 39201. The event will be filled with honorable guests and speakers including, former Gov. William Winter and Myrlie Evers-Williams via video, Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba, Rev. Chuck Poole, Dr. Corrine Anderson and Okolo Rashid.

A special guest appearance will be fulfilled by Azhar Uzman, a nationally acclaimed comedian, writer and producer. Music, artistic and theatrical performances and food featuring nationally recognized Mississippi chefs will entertain us as well. The ticket is $50 per person and we hope you will be able to join us.
