Built To Heal 2019

This charity event is being held in order to raise money for 4 Wheel To Heal (4W2H) to support their current endeavors. 4W2H is dedicated to taking wounded veterans, from all branches of service, to off-roading events. These events involve four wheeling, rock crawling, mud bogging, shooting and camping. Their mission is to boost morale for these veterans and give them an experience they will never forget.

Built To Heal was created with the expectation that a few friends would show up and help raise a little bit of money. During that first year, we had less than 40 participants and ended up donating around $400. The event in 2014 saw a sharp increase in attendance and a donation of around $4,000. Our 2015 registration numbers yielded 400 participants and we were able to raise $6,000. Our 4^th event, in 2016, brought in just under 400 participants and a donation of $6,800. The event in 2018 was a banner year and we were able to donate just shy of $10,000. In addition to that, we were able to organize another $11,000 in donations from vendors and sponsors before the event even began!

The event consists of a full day of wheeling with a group at Rausch Creek. The group is chosen at the time of registration and is broken down by trail difficulty. In the early evening, we have dinner, which is a cook-out style meal prepared by volunteers in the pavilion behind the main office. Once everyone has had a chance to eat, we begin the raffle.

We collect the money to be donated through raffle ticket and event t-shirt sales. This year, however, we are instituting a new policy. All sponsors (Tier 1-3) must make a donation directly to 4W2H in order to have their logo on the event t-shirts and/or banner (in addition to their raffle donation). This event is about raising money for a cause, and we want to keep it that way.

**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING**

-Please bring your event tickets with you (printed or digital) as this will make check-in much faster.

-Coffee and donuts will be provided in the morning.

-Food and drinks will be available for drivers and passengers before/during the raffle.

-Registration will CLOSE September 1st, 2019. This is provided that the event does not sell out. At that time, no refunds will be available.

-The event t-shirts are pre-order and pick-up only. SSS will not provide shipping after the fact.

-Credit/debit card readers will be available on site for raffle ticket sales and merchandise.

-VENDORS/SPONSORS-

-If you are a raffle sponsor or a t-shirt sponsor, you should have your own code for registering. If you do not have that code, or have a question related to vendor/sponsor, please email SEVENSLOTSOCIETY@GMAIL.COM.

-If you would like to help sponsor the raffle or get your logo/name on the event t-shirt, feel free to shoot us an email so we can send you the tier list. With that said, we will not be accepting any more logos/names on the shirt after September 13th, 2019.
