Everyone has an opportunity, challenge or project that needs to be improved and why not start now using Kaizen? Keep in mind it is not a flavor of the month and is a commitment to yourself and your team!

This webinar will provide a road map to distinguish between a project or activity and a Kaizen event with case studies, and a framework to get started with a successful event.
