Please join us for an evening with Tucker Spear and Niner Wines!


Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her NEW! Shelter Island location, The Wine Pub, for an evening featuring wines from Paso Robles' Niner Wine Estates! Tucker Spear will be joining us from the winery to pour these award-winning wines. Tucker, a winemaker in his own right, will also be discussing the rich history of Niner in Paso Robles. As an extra special treat, we'll be pouring the 2014 Fog Catcher Red Blend, Niner's premium wine which has been sold out at the winery since last year! Chef Erin creates pairing menus based on each wine being poured, creating a unique dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and inspired creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Tucker. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine.
