Objectives:
- Discuss presentation and treatment of melanoma
- Discuss approach to the pigmented lesion including biopsy techniques and importance of dermatopathology
- Discuss surveillance and early intervention in the high-risk cancer population
- Describe the common treatment modalities for nonmelanoma skin cancer
- Identify the advantages to utilizing Mohs surgery for treatment of skin cancer, as well as some of the limitations of when it can be used
- Describe overview of surgical options for advanced stage melanoma
- Identify role of sentinel lymph node biopsy after the MSLT-II Trial
