As leaders and administrators, it can be a challenge to find strong, qualified candidates to interview and hire. Once found, the biggest challenge can be to retain and develop them into future leaders for your program. In this training, participants will be provided with information, resources, and strategies for how to onboard new staff and provide development opportunities internally and externally with the goal of providing greater retention among domestic violence program staff.
