The Cardiac Health Learning Series is a movement of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), Centers for Disease Control and Violence Prevention (CDC) and other stakeholders designed to convene medical experts, community partners, and physician offices under the shared vision of improving cardiac population health.
