If you have an idea about starting a business and are not sure if it's "going to fly" (i.e. make money!) you'll want to learn how to validate your concept, BEFORE you jump in.

Here's why - everyone with a new product or service ideas needs to learn how to define their customers, test their market, and look for gaps in their idea.

You will learn how to:

  * Validate your overall business concept

  * Define your customers and the unique value you offer

  * Identify any gaps in your business model

  * Learn how to test market your idea
